Christmas booklet 2013 - liability of managers in the new Hungarian Civil Code

If it is Christmas time, it is time for our traditional Christmas booklet. In the previous years, we analysed the new Hungarian Civil Code from various aspects: our 2011 Christmas booklet reviewed the new contractual rules of the Code and last year we dealt with issues relating to credit. Although the new Civil Code brings several exciting and significant changes, there was one issue that was heavily disputed in the last few months: the liability of company managers.
